About the Journal

NOUN_Journal of Management & Innovative Development (NOUN_JOMAID) is a multi-disciplinary peer- reviewed research journal; published in print and online mode by the Faculty of Management Sciences, National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja. It provides global publication platform for Research scholars, academicians, professionals and students alike in the field of management sciences and related disciplines. NOUN_JOMAID aims at becoming one of the leading journals in Management Sciences Research by publishing authentic and scholarly developed research articles that meet up with the minimum international journal publication standard.

The Journal is published four times in a year (quarterly) and the language of the journal is English. The preferred reference format is APA 6 th or 7 th edition. It accepts exceptional research contribution from the authors in the form of original papers, review papers, conceptual framework, analytical and simulation models, case studies, empirical research, technical notes and book reviews.
