ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE AND PERFORMANCE OF DEPOSIT MONEY BANKS IN KWARA STATE, NIGERIA

Abstract

The dynamics in the business world have positioned financial
institutions in Nigeria in a position where they have to create special identities
of their own. These identities have combinations of attributes that are unique
and help to improve the organisational performance. It is one of the goals of
practically any organisation to attain their goal; the deposit money banks in
Nigeria create inner order and relations between the units, which can be
referred to as organisational structure (Castaner & Oliveira, 2020).
